Flood of Love 2008

Project Bailey

Description

The Baileys needs the following projects done in this order:
Tape;
Texture;
Paint;
Framing;
Cabinets;
Doors

The roof needs patched in three different spots to stop the leaking.

The outside of the home needs to be painted where the water was on the house. Baileys will provide all materials.

Teams may begin work around 9 or 10 AM and end whenever they want, or 3 - 4 PM.

Volunteers should dress appropriately, bring a sack lunch and plenty of water to drink. There are a couple of fast food restaurants in the area.

Items to bring

Gloves (if needed) and protective eyewear.


Bailey Project Photo Update

May 3 update:
 
Enumclaw (19)
, Shelton (8), and Snoqualmie (1) churches were represented at the worksite. Bob Duke reports that general clean up was accomplished along with some sheetrock, framing one exterior wall, and installing an exterior door. Installation of sheetrock in remainder of the Bailey house is the current priority.

May 10 update:
 
Kirkland (8) and Kirkland Chinese
(3) churches were represented at the worksite. Sheetrock was hung in the living room and three bedrooms. The outside of the house was painted.
