In our journey to “Unmask the Real Jesus,” John chapter 13 tells us how Jesus was willing to do dirty jobs so that His disciples would know the full extent of His love. This was initially seen in Jesus’ washing the disciples feet, and ultimately in getting dirty and dying for them.
As we strive to be like Jesus, about twenty-five children, teens, and adults took to the streets surrounding TFNC for an afternoon of getting dirty so that community around us may see the love of Christ in action. We picked up over four garbage bags of litter and raked over 20 bags of leaves from one intersection alone. It was a great time for all as we did dirty jobs for Jesus!
