Amboy: just completed a new members class with 5 in attendance and had a family of 4 become regular attendees this month.
Camas: June was a great month of fellowship, prayer and celebration as we continue to welcome people who are seeking the Lord. Celebrate Recovery grows each week, with new people reaching out to God for healing and meaning in their lives. On June 11th and 12th, we met for 24 hours of prayer that included a neighborhood walk to pray over the lost and hurting in our community. During the walk, we met several families who we invited to our VBS in July. As always, our missionary president presented a terrific program on the first Sunday night of the month. Our missionary kids program on the subsequent Sunday evenings continues to grow as our kids enjoy the children's missionary books. Thirty-one men attended a steak dinner in honor of Father's Day. We also hosted the Columbia River Zone Primetimer's meeting with a potluck and worship service. There were 130 in attendance and everyone was uplifted and inspired by the music and message. Finally, last Sunday we celebrated the affirmation of Pastor Dick and JoAnne Sales for four more years of service here at Camas Nazarene. We are truly blessed to have such a humble, tender hearted man of God to lead and guide us.
Van Safe Harbor: Our Spanish-language ministry is growing, with new families from Vancouver joining us. Thanks to Loren Hanna and the Ridgefield Hispanic ministry. Also, we added three members by profession of faith in June. They are volunteering to join in ministry.
Peninsula Church: Well the devil attacked our church again. This time someone stole some of our guitarists music equipment. $5000 worth of damage. Don't know yet if the insurance is going to help or not to get it replaced. Keep us your prayers.
Gold Creek: New building is nearing completion. We may be inside by the middle of August.
Monroe: Pastor Tim Wheatley I had surgery last Wednesday. I have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
Port Orchard: One of our young children received a word from God that he shared with his mother which led to reconciliation with a family member. Many of our leadership team have been attending Living Free classes; what a blessing! One of our men who has had a real slow down at work was prayed for and by the time he got home there was a call from his boss that resulted in 130 plus hours of work over the next two weeks.
MISION COMO SAETA EN LA MANO DE JEHOVA. I want to share that the next month we start working under the umbrella of the Nazarene Church of Tacoma with Pastor Tony Johnson. Now will be ministry there and probably the next report do you haven’t from him. In other side. Lyle thank God you are now out of the hospital. You feel better I’m sure, because God said in Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthenth me. Blessings! Judith Y Angel Cordero
Bethel: received 6 into membership and baptized 2.
